Despite having drawn covers for Toray and romantic comics for Fleetway (Marilyn, Roxy, Valentino, Serenade...) his apex came when he drew commissions for Bardon Art in the mid-'60s, in which he was able to draw large illustrations that would appear in the Scandinavian magazines. Great American illustrators like Bernie Fuchs or Brian Sanders were the main reference material he accessed through the magazines like Saturday Evening Post or LIFE when sold in Barcelona.
